Contact and health information you choose to send us for scheduling and care (for example, by WhatsApp or email).

Information recorded in your medical record during consultations, protected by medical confidentiality.

What stays on this website

The Wellbeing Diary, the Journey Map, your mini-course progress and the checklists are saved only in your browser's local storage. We have no access to them.

The booking form does not store any data: it puts together a message that you send yourself through WhatsApp.

You can export or delete your local data at any time on the My Journey page.

How we use it

Only for scheduling, medical care, issuing documents and following up on your treatment.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights (LGPD)

You may request access to, correction, portability or deletion of your data, as well as information about how it is processed, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

Medical records are kept for the legal retention periods set by medical regulations.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Free rescheduling up to 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refunded. After that, please get in touch: each situation is reviewed with care.
